Astro Tool & Die can perform metal stamping to create parts as thin as .003 and as thick as 1/2 inch, as narrow as 1/4 inch and as wide as 32 inches, as short as .062 and sh long as 99 inches and deeply drawn down to 1 inch.
Astro Tool & Die performs metal stamping on a variety of metals such as common steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, berylliam copper, nickel, nickel alloy, carbon steel and martensite.
